To the Editors of The Crimson:

I was seriously misquoted in a Crimson article on the Peace Alliance that appeared on February 14. According to this article, I stated, that since I am not an American citizen. I am not emotionally committed on the registration issue. What I in fact said to the reporter concerned was that I did not take part in actions in January urging people not to register, because, as a foreigner. I would not have to make such a decision myself. Regardless of one's citizenship, the introduction of registration is detrimental to world peace. Therefore, even the most parochial Englishman can be emotionally committed on the registration issue.
