The second annual handicap road race of the Bicycle Club was held yesterday over the nine-mile course as announced yesterday. The day was raw and windy and the road rough, yet the time was very good. Of the twenty-two entries only ten appeared, of whom eight finished.

The order of the finish, with the handicaps and actual time was as follows:

handi- Actual

cap. time.

1. Barron '91, 7 min. 38 min. 45 sec.

2. Greenleaf '92, 3 min. 35 min.

3. Holmes '92, 7 min. 39 min. 5 sec.

4. Bailey '91, 2 1-2 min. 34 min. 45 sec.

5. Rogers '90, 6 min. 38 min. 30 sec.

6. Kelley L. S. 6 min. 38 min. 45 sec.

7. Saunders '89, 7 min. not taken.

8. Davis '91, scratch not taken.

Brown '91and Sterne '91 did not cover the course. Davis was so heavily handicapped that he was practically out of the race from the beginning. Prizes will be given to the first three men. The club is now in a very prosperous condition as is shown by the interest taken in the race.

In the coming road race with Technology the club will probably be represented by Davis, Brown, Bailey, Greenleaf and one other man to be chosen from those who made good time yesterday.
