At a meeting of representatives from Princeton and Columbia held at the Fifth Avenue Hotel, on Saturday, it was decided to form a dual track athletic league similar to the one between Yale and Harvard. The first games will be held on the Manhattan Field on May 14.

Captain Van Schaik of the Manhattan Athletic Club attended the meeting and said that his club would do everything in their power to aid the promoters of the new league and to make it a success.

Captain Collis of Columbia said his men would go into training shortly and he hoped to make a good showing against the Princeton athletes. As yet, it has not been definitely settled who will train the Columbia men, but they hope to secure the services of Harry Darrin, the professional runner. "Jack" McMasters will train the Princeton team.
