T. D. Waddell '98 has been elected captain of the Andover nine for next season.

P. F. Drew has been elected captain of the Dartmouth baseball team for the coming year.

The twenty-first annual commencement of Johns Hopkins University was held Tuesday.

Wellesley's annual "float" night took place Wednesday evening, the class of '97 winning the eight-oared race.

The exercises of Princeton's 150th commencement began Wednesday morning. The usual long list of degrees on examination were conferred as were also a number of honorary degrees, ex-President Cleveland being the recipient of one of these.
