The remaining three matches in the first round of the University Golf Championship Tournament were played off yesterday. W. B. Cutting, Jr., 1900, defeated J. G. Forbes 1901, seven up and five to play. J. F. Curtis '99, defeated J. DeK. Towner '98, five up and four to play, and J. H. Choate, Jr., L. S., defeated H. W. Brown L. S., four up and three to play.

In the match between T. M. Hastings '98, and W. B. Cutting, Jr., 1900, in the second round of the tournament, the latter won eight up and six to play.
