Weld Crews.

The regular class crews have now been reduced to their final make-up. As a result all those extra men who have been rowing from the 'Varsity house have joined their class eights at the Weld. This recent addition of material has increased the number at the latter house by nearly thirty. The different crews have been very much shaken up, and the men so changed about that everything is in an uncertain condition. From now on, however, the crews will row as they are at present made up. Ninety-nine will go to the training table at Lappen's on Friday. The other crews will go before Monday. This means that the regular work of training will begin and the daily work becomes a hard drill until the day of the race.

The men who have lately gone to the Weld crews from their class eights are Dobyns and Marvin from Ninety-eight and Coleman and Conroy from Ninety-nine. The crews as they are now constituted are practically the same as were the second class crews at the 'Varsity. The coaching is, as last year, in the hands of Youngman 3 L., Stearns '97, Orton '97, and Donovan.

The crews are rowing in the following order:

'98-Stroke, Dobyns; 7, Wood; 6, Marvin; 5, Robinson; 4, Millard; 3, Flershem; 2, Kinnicutt; bow, McBurney.

'99-Stroke, Sampson; 7, Coleman; 6, Davis; 5, Stoddard; 4, Conroy; 3, Huntington; 2, Garrett; bow, Duffield.

1900-Stroke, Morrill; 7, Clark; 6, Tilton; 5, Glidden; 4, Fabyan; 3, Palmer; 2, Hawes; bow, Ayer.

1901-Stroke, Hart; 7, Brainerd; 6, Brigham; 5, Gray; 4, Burton; 3, Corbin; 2, Blake; bow, Lawrence.

Law School-Stroke, Hitchcock; 7, Ballentine; 6, Cross; 5, Cameron; 4, Parker; 3, Morrill; 2, Bacon; bow, Nichols.
