At a meeting of the Golf Club last night T. B. Gannett, Jr. '97, was elected captain of the team, which is to play in the intercollegiate tournament at the Ardsley Casino this spring.

It was announced that the executive committee had procured some grounds in Watertown with ample room for six good holes and for some enlargement in future. It was voted that the committee should have the links laid out immediately. It was also voted that the dues until January, 1898, should be five dollars. It is necessary that all members should pay their dues as soon as possible in order to raise funds to put the links in condition.

The following by-laws were then adopted: The captain shall be elected, by the members of the team, within the week following the intercollegiate tournament.

The captain shall use his own discretion in selecting the members of the team.

The annual dues of the club shall be fixed at the first meeting held in January.

No Cambridge residents or members of Harvard University, not members of the club, shall be allowed the use of the links.

No member shall be allowed to use the links until he has paid his annual dues.
