The hockey game between Andover and the Freshman team, which was to have been played at Andover yesterday, was postponed because of the poor condition of the ice. The University and Freshman teams played a practice game on the Holmes Field rink, the University team winning by the score of 6 to 2. The offense of the University team was fast and well directed and would have produced a larger score had it not been for the marked improvement of the Freshman team in team-play and especially on the defensive. After this game, the University held its usual practice with the second team.

The line-up between the University and Freshman teams was as follows: UNIVERSITY TEAM.  FRESHMEN. Townsend, l.e.  r.e., Lowery Wilder, l.c.  r.c., Edgell Souther, r.c.  l.c., Von Stade Newhall, r.e.  l.e., Gowen Clothier, c.p.  c.p., Draper Carr, p.  p., Nichols Ivy, g.  g., Tucker
