ADDRESSES ON FAR EAST

E. C. Carter '00, G. M. Fisher and F. S. Brockman, National secretaries of the Young Men's Christian Associations of India, Japan and China respectively, will describe their work and its significance in the development of the East at a meeting to be held in Phillips Brooks House at 8.15 o'clock this evening. They will speak also of the political conditions in the Orient and the bearing upon them of the work done by the Young Men's Christian Associations of Japan, China and India. They will also point out the opportunities for service open to American college men of ability. Besides these addresses, John R. Mott, F. R. G. S., general secretary of the World's Student Christian Federation, will speak on the world movement which is being carried on in the same direction as the work in these three countries.

Professor E. C. Moore will preside over the meeting, which will be open to all members of the University.
