The Rt. Hon. James Bryce, M.P., will deliver the fifth and last of the Godkin lectures on "The Study of Popular Governments" this evening at 8 o'clock in Sanders Theatre. Mr. Bryce will consider the salient results of his survey of democracies, the variations in popular governments, and their causes, and will indicate the spirit in which the citizen should regard his duties.
The lecture will be open to the public, but seats on the floor and first balcony will be reserved until 7.55 for members of the University.
