Mr. Thomas L. Greene, of New York City, vice-president of the Audit Company of New York, and author of "Corporation Finance," spoke last night before the Seminary of Economics on "The Capitalization of Corporations." Mr. Greene discussed at length various phases of corporate economics, questions of the basis of capitalization, reorganizations, depreciation and reserve policy. He illustrated his remarks with incidents from an extended professional experience in audit and corporate work and previous editorial training on the New York Evening Post, with which paper he was associated for a year.
