The annual meeting of the Intercollegiate Amateur Athletic Association of America was held at the Fifth Avenue Hotel, New York, Saturday afternoon. Harvard was represented by A. G. Mason '00 and A. N. Rice '00. Trinity College announced its withdrawal from the association, and Brown and the University of California were re-instated. These universities had been dropped for failing to comply with the requirement that every member of the association send a team at least once in two years to the intercollegiate games.

The report of Oliver Shiras, manager of the annual meet, showed that the receipts from the games on Manhattan Field last May amounted to $2,257.91, and the expenses to$779.26, leaving a balance on hand of $1,478.65. The association decided to present a silver lowing cup to W. B. Curtis, who has acted as referee at the annual meets for fifteen years.

Officers of the association for the ensuing year were elected as follows: A. G. Mason '00, president; F. M. Eshleman, Haverford, and J. E. Moore, Georgetown, vice-presidents; F. A. Young, New York University, secretary; and W. R. Quinn, Columbia, treasurer. A. G. Mason '00, J. D. Dana of Yale, H. H. Langenberg of Princeton, and C. L. McKeehan of Pennsylvania, were elected members of the executive committee. Oliver Shiras and W. B. Curtis were re-elected to their former positions.
