Hon. James B. Scott '90, professor of international law in George Washington University, will speak on "Factors that Make for Peace" in the Living Room of the Union tomorrow evening at 8 o'clock. After graduation from the University Mr. Scott studied international law abroad for some time. He has served as delegate to various conferences, including the Educational Congress at the Paris Exposition in 1900, and the second Hague Conference in 1907. Mr. Scott has also written magazine articles and books on international law and legal education.
