Hurdlers and Field Event Men Out

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The first outdoor work for hurdlers and candidates for the field events on both the University and Freshman track teams will be held on Soldiers Field this afternoon. All hurdlers, hammer-throwers, high-jumpers, broad-jumpers, and pole-vaulters should report to Coach Quinn at the Locker Building at 3 o'clock, when the work will be assigned. Owing to the poor condition of the jumping pits, it is probable that no hard work can be done for a few days, but every effort is being made to have the pits in condition as soon as possible.
