Sufferers from the recent Halifax disaster will receive the entire proceeds from the double production today in Agassiz Theatre, Radcliffe, of "Iolanthe," the comic opera by Gilbert and Sullivan, which was successfully presented last week by the Radcliffe Choral Society and the University Glee Club. The first performance today will be a 3 o'clock matinee, for which tickets are on sale at the Co-operative Branch Store, at Amee Brothers and at Hernick's in Boston. All seats for the evening performance, which starts at 8 o'clock, were sold out two days ago, and it was because of this fact that the matinee was scheduled. Such a heavy advance sale of tickets gives promise of a considerable profit for the Halifax fund.
