Third Soccer Struggle For 1921

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The third game of the season for the Freshman soccer team has been scheduled for tomorrow afternoon at 2.30 o'clock when the 1921 eleven will meet Moses Brown School on Soldiers Field. A game with Exeter was originally planned for this date, but it was called off because the latter school has formed no team this year.

Two previous contests have been played by the Freshmen this season, both of which were lost, largely through lack of practice and poor team-work.

The first game of the year, November 14, was held with Worcester Academy on Soldiers Field and resulted in a 3-to-1 victory for Worcester. On November 26 the game with Andover was lost, 2 to 0, by ragged work. Since then the play of the team has been considerably improved by daily practice.
