As Result of Yale Game, 16 Men Received Insignia for First Time.

For having played in a football game against Yale, twenty members of the University squad have been awarded their football "H", subject to the approval of the Athletic Committee. In addition to the players, and "B" is given to the manager of the eleven. The men who won their "H" are: Stanley Burnham Occ., of Gloucester; Edward Lawrence Casey Occ., of Natick; Charles Arthur Clark, Jr., Occ., of Million; John Kenneth Desmond Occ., of Philadelphia, Pa.; Winslow Bent Felton Occ of Haverford, Pa.; Mitchell Gratwick '22, of Buffalo, N. Y.; Charles Frederick Havermeyer '21, of New York, N. Y.; Arnold Horween '20, of Chicago, Ill.; Ralph Horween Occ., of Chicago, Ill.; Wynant Davis Hubbard '22, of Milton; Richard Sears Humphrey '21, of Milton Richmond Keith Kane '22, of Newport, Rhode Island; William James Murray Occ., of Natick; Nils Victor Nelson Occ., of Winthrop; Phillips Joseph Philbin '20, of Clinton; Morris Phinney Occ., of West Medford; Joseph Francis Ryan Occ., of Dorchester; Robert Mintern Sedgwick '21, of New York, N. Of this number, nearly two complete elevens, only five have been awarded their football "H's" before, and among these one man, R. Horween, has received it twice, in 1915 and 1916. The other four, E. L. Casey, W. B. Felton, W. J. Murrary, and M. Phinney, were all members of the team in 1916.
