Representatives of the Athletic Committees of Yale, Princeton, and the University will hold a conference at the Harvard Club of New York this afternoon at 4 o'clock.

An important question for decision at this meeting will be the eligibility for University teams of men dropped from the present Sophomore class because of their entering the service before taking the final examinations, and also the eligibility of unclassified students. The question of doing away with training tables was left by the Harvard Athletic Committee to be settled in conference with Yale and Princeton, as was also the final arrangements for the New London Regatta and other contests among the three institutions. The question of seasonal coaches and of the abolition of long trips for University teams, such as the Southern baseball trip, and trips to the American Henley Regatta at Philadelphia and for intersectional football contests, will also be discussed. Professor R. B. Merriman '96, newly appointed chairman of the Athletic Committee will represent the University.
