The 1925 track team will receive its first tryout at 3 o'clock this afternoon, when it meets English High School and Boston Latin School in a triangular meet on the board track at Soldiers Field. This is also the initial meet of the season for the latter of these, but English showed its strength on Wednesday and Thursday of this week, when it defeated Dorchester High School by a large score.

With no records of previous meets, it is hard to forecast the result, but the Freshmen should be able to win easily, judging from past performances of members of the team in schoolboy ranks. The Crimson athletes have a decided advantage over their rivals in the field events, hurdles, and distance runs, and should be able to break even in the other events.
