THIRD YEAR LAW SCHOOL FIVE WINS IN INFORMAL TOURNEY

1927 Quintet Also Victorious as Inter-Class Basketball Season Starts

The third-year Law School was victorious in the first game of the second round of the informal basketball tournament now being held in Hemenway Gymnasium yesterday. At the end of the first half of the game the Business I five was leading Law III by a score of 10 to 4, but in the second half of the game the Law men staged a rally and came back. When the game ended the score stood, Law III, 30, Business I 24.

The third series will be played next Monday, when 1925 and 1926 will meet at 3 o'clock and Law I will play against Law II at 4 o'clock. There will be no games on next Wednesday, but on Friday another two games will be played, between teams from the Law School, Business School and the College. In the games played last Monday the Law School and the Business School divided the honors equally.
