The last chance for Freshmen to enter a managerial competition which will yield major numerals will be on March 23, when the competition for Freshman baseball manager begins.

According to Thomas Nickerson '25, University baseball manager, the competition will last for eight weeks, at the end of which time the two highest competitors will be chosen as manager and assistant-manager respectively. Both men chosen will receive their major numerals.

The experiment tried last fall in the football competition of having the candidates work only every other day will be repeated in the baseball competition this spring in order to make the work of each individual easier.
