WALLER WILL SPEAK ON PEACE TONIGHT AT UNION

Noted Advocate of League of Nations to Discuss European Problems--Won Prize Given by Filene

Mr. Bolton C. Waller, noted League of Nations supporter, who recently won a prize of 1000 pounds given by E. A. Filene for an essay on the subject "How Peace and Prosperity can be Restored to Europe", will give a lecture tonight at 8 o'clock at the Harvard Union. His subject will be "An lrishman's View of the League."

Waller, a native of County Cork, Ireland, has had a distinguished career as Secretary of the League of Nations Society of Ireland, during which time he has been present at various Congresses of the Federation of the League of Nations Societies all over Europe, as well as at the Assembly itself.
