At. five o'clock this afternoon in Paine Hall in the Music Building, Georges Enesco, celebrated Rumanian violinist, will give a lecture, open to the public, on the subject "Personal Reminiscences of Massenet, Gedalge, Faure, and Debussy."
Enesco, whose compositions are known throughout Europe, graduated from the Paris Conservatory with highest honors in violin playing. Besides this distinction Enesco is a foreign member of the French Academy, an honor bestowed upon few musicians. As a member of the Music Department at Harvard, Enesco has given concerta in Cambridge and other cities of the United States.
