During its spring trip this year the Varsity lacrosse squad, consisting of 20 players, one manager, and Coach R. B. Poole, will travel South, where they will face St. John's in their opening tilt on Wednesday, April 5. They will remain there the whole week, and on Saturday, April 8 will encounter Annapolis.

Approximately 50 candidates for the team have been working out regularly under Poole since early in February. Two weeks ago the squad left Briggs Cage to practice outside on the regular field, and is showing much promise of developing into championship material.

Among the lettermen who have reported is C. E. Angle '33, who is about to begin his third season on the Varsity twelve. Other veterans are H. M. David '34, B. P. Feins '33, A. J. Graziano '33, S. X. Honsen '34, W. R. Lessig '34, W. C. Owens '33, L. W. Rabinovits '34, E. J. Rogers '34, and W. L. Tucker '33.
