Climaxing the snappiest most gruelling spring workouts ever held at Harvard, Crimson gridsters will compete tomorrow afternoon at Soldiers Field for the three football awards donated for excellence in three fundamentals of football--punting, forward passing, and drop kicking.
Varsity men, Freshman numeral winners, and even the members of that Elephant eleven which showed up for a mid-season House game with only eight men,--all will be eligible to try their skill at kicking and throwing.
The forward passing trophy is a sterling silver bowl and was an anonymous gift. The Roger W. Cutler Trophy, to be awarded to the player who excels in punting, was donated by Roger W. Cutler '11. The S. V. R. Crosby Trophy, to be awarded the player who performs best in drop kicking, was donated by Stephen V. R. Crosby '91.
