FOOTBALL FOR ALL

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Since Dick Harlow arrived in Cambridge last spring, he has pursued a policy of a square deal for every candidate. For the time being each man will receive the same treatment; after the cuts, ample opportunity will be given to recapture lost berths. Freshman Coach Stahley says in another column this morning that he will treat his yearling squad in the same way.

This should encourage Freshmen who would like to play football but are rather dubious over their ability. They can feel certain that their talents will be given a thorough testing for neither Mr. Harlow nor his assistants believe in loafing at practice.

While the varsity team, which commands the greatest interest in years, will dominate the headlines, the 1939 squad will command much interest this fall. It is a good year for the football enthusiast.
