Frederick J. Libby, of Washington, D.C., one of the most prominent leaders in the American peace movement, and Francis Russell, of Boston, president of the League of Nations association of Massachusetts, were announced last night as the speakers for the Student Union's gathering tomorrow night. The speeches will take place at 8 o'clock in Emerson D and will be open to all interested.
"Why Neutrality Now" will be the topic of Libby's address. Representing one of the groups which accuse President Roosevelt of failure to enforce the Neutrality Act, he will attempt to refute the President's Chicago speech.
Supporting the President's stand, Russell will speak for participation in world affairs under the title "The Case Against World Chaos."
