The Harvard rugby team will meet its third test of the 1937 season tomorrow when it plays the Boston Rugby Club at Soldiers Field at 3 o'clock. The Crimson has lost two close games this year to Nassau College 8-6 on April 17 and to Long Island University 13-12 on Wednesday.
Since the Nassau game Bill Watt, Harvard football halfback, has been shifted out to the wing three-quarter where his hard hitting and speed will count more than in his former inside position. Alan Simpson and Jerry Desmond have been shifted to the inside three-quarters in order to speed up the attack, especially in getting the ball out to the wing.
The Long Island game was one of the best rugby contests ever played on Soldiers Field.
The Harvard lineup will be: forwards, E. Whitney, A. Teichmeier, P. Knapp, A. Scott, H. Miller, A. Trench, T. Gephart and R. Williams; scrum half, S. Cockins; stand-off, H. Channing; inside three-quarters, G. Desmond and A. Simpson; wing three-quarters, J. Field and W. Watt, and fullback, W. Waters.
