Leaders of academic and athletic policies at Harvard and Princeton will be headlined in the annual dinner of the Varsity club which is to be held tomorrow night at the Club House at 7 o'clock. Richard C. Floyd chairman of the committee for the event, will preside.

Presidents Conant and Dodds of the two Universities head the list of speakers at the affair, with William J. Bingham and Burnham Dell, Directors of Athletics at Harvard and Princeton also scheduled to exchange notes.

What will probably be the most interesting part of the dinner will be the before-the-game speeches of the two rival coaches, Dick Harlow and Ted Wioman. Harvard captain Bobby Green will also make a short address.

The dinner, which is held annually before the Yale or Princeton games, is the highlight of the activities of the club.
