Forman Foresees U.S. British Control of Post-War Economy

"A T.V.A. set-up in the Yongate valley to utilize Chinese and Japanese labor might be one method of easing the transition between war and peace in that part of the world," declared Douglas Forman, graduate student of the Fletcher School of law and Diplomacy Medford last night.

Discussing post-war economy at a meeting of the Youth Group of the League of Nations in Lowell House Junior Common Room. Forman proposed that similar movements be carried out by an international association organized by the United States and Britain to have complete power to reconstruct world trade and to stabilize business cycles.
