Four contests featured the inter-House hockey carnival at the Boston Skating Club last night. In the first game Leverett subdued Adams, 4-2, in the next battle Dudley swamped Kirkland, 6-1, in the third encounter the dormitory squad outclassed Dunster, 6-2, and in the closing meeting Winthrop repulsed Eliot, 4-1.

In the Leverett-Adams struggle, Eustace's two goals led the Bunnies to their first victory of the season. Goethals and Nichols each contributed a score in defeating the strong Gold Coast aggregation which aimed unsuccessfully at its fourth win.

Dudley's Ramblers had little trouble with the hapless Deacons of Kirkland. With Gormly, Whittaker and MacDonald each, scoring twice, the commuters submerged the losers deeper in the League's cellar. Kirkland's sextet has yet to crash the win column.

The out-of-house outfit, which is first becoming the dark-horse contender of the season, roundly walloped the Funsters. Benshimol pulled the hat trick, chalking up three markers for the victors, while White and Wilson managed to make the lone scores for the losers.

In the evening's finale, the league-leading Puritans of Winthrop defeated the Elephants icers in a battle marked by speed and shooting accuracy. La Croix, the Winthrop ace scored twice, while Butcher and Fritz rounded out the total, and Lyman Bullard countered the only tally for the Elephants.

Last evening's games left Winthrop in the leader's spot, with six victories and nary a loss. Close by are Dudley, with four wins and eight points; and Adams and Eliot with three and a draw, for seven credits each.
