HAA Backs Mixed Summer Natation

Because this year's Summer School contains a large number of women as well as good percentage of undergraduates, the H. A. A. repeats its invitation to all men and women to join the mixed swimming sessions in the pool.

Although women will not be able to swim during the day, arrangements have been made for them to be admitted to mixed swimming parties on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings from 7:00 to 9:30.

Women can purchase tickets from the H. A. A. which entitle them to a towel and a bathing suit. They may wear the suit provided or bring one of their own if they prefer.

With a view toward these mixed swimming groups, authorities have no doubt that the record crowd of 1200 which flooded the Athletic Building on July 2 will soon be surpassed, and that the North Shore will dwindle into secondary importance as a swimming resort.
