Speaking to a group of interested listeners, George L. Kneller, a lecturer at Yale University in the Department of Education, explained the details of the Ely Culbertson Peace Plan at the Dunster House Common Room last night.

Keeping very close to the plan, and refusing to add very much of his own, Mr. Kneller answered all questions from the plan itself. He started his talk with an introduction to the background of the plan, the criticisms pro and con, and how he became acquainted with Mr. Culbertson who quickly gained his great respect.

Now collaborating with Mr. Culbertson, Kneller is not a professional lecturer or publicity agent, although he has written one or two articles which may soon be published. He stated that he saw some flaws to the plan, but refused to enlarge upon his statement, saying that the flaws were not great enough to thwart it, and his criticisms were only present philosophical convictions.

The half-hour talk was followed by a lively question period for about an hour. House Master Clarence H. Haring introduced Mr. Kneller and presided at the discussion which was attended by about 35 students and members of the faculty.
