Baseball, Track, Tennis Teams Play Tomorrow if Rainy Weather Abates

Varsity Nine Will Encounter Invading Merchant Marines

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Kings Point Merchant Marine's invasion of the Soldiers Field Varsity diamond will top the list of sports activities for tomorrow as the baseball, track, and Tennis squads all swing in to action if the bad weather lets up sufficiently.

While Coach Floyd Stahl's Varsity takes on the Merchant Marine, the B team will complete the diamond twin bill in an encounter with the Army Base Officers (P. O. E.).

Still after their first win of the season, Coach Douropulos' tennis team will go to Worcester to meet Worcester Polytech. The racquetmen went down to their third straight defeat Wednesday as Exeter trounced them 8 to 0.

Jaakko Mikkola, with an even record of one win, one loss, and one tie behind him, leads his trackmen against Milton Academy tomorrow in a warm-up meet before the Tufts-Brown contest here, May 19. Milton should provide an easy victory for Mikkola's squad.
