With a report on the recent Milwaukee national convention, the local American Veterans Committee will inaugurate its summer activities tomorrow evening at 7:30 o'clock in Emerson D, Chapter Chairman Stanley G. Karson '48, announced yesterday.
"Tomorrow's meeting," Karson said," will give every member an opportunity to hear a first hand report on AVC's second national convention. Considering the relatively sparse news coverage given this largest gathering of World War II veterans, this report should be of particular interest."
Reginald Zalles 3G, former chapter chairman and chairman of the 10-man Harvard delegation at Milwaukee, will present the report.
Also on the agenda is a discussion of resolutions in support of the Crow Bill, which would ban the dissemination of discriminatory propaganda through the mails, and the Buckley Bill, which would deny G.I. benefits to Communists and Communist sympathizers.
