Leverett, Dunster Scoreless; Dudley Bows to Kirkland

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Kirkland rolled over an undermanned Dudley contingent, 19 to 0, and two underdogs, Leverett and Dunster, battled to a scoreless tie in inter-House football games yesterday.

Kirkland's victory was its third straight of the season. Stalled by penalties in the first half, the Deacons ran all over the tired Commuters during the second half.

Jack Winters started the scoring spree with a 15-yard sprint around the end. Minutes later, Sam Cantwell blasted off tackle for 30 yards and the second touchdown. Nat Howard bucked the third tally over from the one-yard line and Winters booted the extra point.

In the other House game, an unaggressive Leverett eleven bottled Dunster for four quarters and a scoreless game.
