Faculty Is Offered Group Insurance

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

A group life insurance plan is now being offered all Faculty members and administrative officials, vice-President Reynolds announced yesterday.

Under terms of the program, which takes effect when 75 percent sign up, life insurance will go to all staff members at the cost of 60 cents a month with the University paying the balance. Insurance stops with retirement.

In order to qualify for the program, an official must be working for the University on at least a half-time basis.

"Service and wage" employees, the other division of the University staff, have and their own group insurance since 1934. Their plan was revised last May.
