Carl J. Friedrich, professor of Government, will discuss "The Theory of One World" tonight at 8 o'clock in the Litauer Auditorium.
The lecture is the first of a series sponsored by the United Nations Council which will attempt to survey the fundamentals of the international situation through four specific approaches: theoretical, political, economic, and psychological.
Next Tuesday William Yandell Elliott, Leroy, B. Williams professor of Government and staff director of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, will consider the political aspect of the world situation.
Edward S. Mason, dean of the Graduate School of Public Administration, and Talcott Parsons, professor of Sociology, will deliver the final two lectures of the perice.
