To the Editors of the CRIMSON:

Here are some thoughts that passed through my mind while and after seeing "Gentleman's Agreement" in Boston. They're thoughts which have passed through my mind when I've had a chance to think, and I'm sure they've passed through the minds of a lot of other people under the same sort of circumstances.

"Gentleman's Agreement" depicts a true and pressing problem, but only one of the many problems we have to face. Bur nothing is done about them. People talk about them or write about them like this, but they either are afraid or too busy to help get rid of them. . .

I wish I could find a way of doing something to straighten out this world. I think if we all tried we could. Here's one who will at any rate. George A. Furness, Jr. '51
