The Harvard Employees' Credit Union held their eleventh annual open meeting yesterday afternoon and voted to give a two per cent dividend for the fiscal year ending October 31, 1949.

Meeting in the Ladies Lounge at Lehman Hall, the members elected seven people to the Board of Directors. The Board later reelected A. J. Carmoli president.
