M.I.T., fresh from a 13 to 0 shutout over R.P.I., will meet the Yardling soccer team on the Business School Field at 2 p.m. today. Crimson coach Andrew "Poley" Guyda is hopeful of a win, but claims his team still "lacks aggressiveness."
Captain Mauricio Toro at fullback has been by far the outstanding man on the team. He plays coolly, and seldom misses his tackles. Marvin Weiss, left fullback, is more versatile, but is a less skillful player. Remembering last year's M.I.T. freshman team, Guyda is relying on his strong defense to break up a fast line.
Last year the Yardlings just squeaked by with a 2 to 1 win.
