They're going to celebrate the Harvard-Yale crew race before the regatta this year in New London.

City officials are planning special observance of the 100th anniversary of the race, including formalities, the day before the June 20 event.

Carroll F. Getchell, H.A.A. Business Manager, said yesterday that although New London officials were taking care of the arrangements, and that the function would be primarily for the city, that there would probably be a dinner Thursday night June 19 for Harvard and Yale men of past crews.
