NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Attorneys for Dirk J. Struik, M.I.T. mathematics professor currently under indictment for his "Marxist" beliefs, will go to court this week in East Cambridge. They will attempt to quash the proceedings against him before the date for the trial is definitely set, Struik announced last night.

Struik, who has been suspended from Tech until a decision is reached, stated last night that his attorneys will move to set aside the indictment probably on Wednesday or Thursday. Representing the state will be District Attorney George Thompson.
