Presidential Race Furnishes Theme Of Jubilee Dance

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Main theme of this year's Silver Jubilee is the coming presidential elections, George F. Baum, chairman of the Jubilee Committee, announced last night.

The two dances that highlight the 25th anniversary of the weekend are the Nomination Gambol, an informal affair on Friday night, and Saturday's formal Inauguration Ball.

Dancers are urged to come to the Gambol dressed as representatives of their own state, and a presidential vote will be taken. Ken Reeves orchestra will play for the dance, which will be held in the Lowell House dining hall.

Jack Edwards' orchestra will provide the music for Saturday's Ball. The Union will be decorated to resemble a ball-room in the White House.

Party goers will be feted at a Sunset Supper in Leverett House on Friday night, and will go for boat rides on the Charles Saturday afternoon.
