If he can get through today's battle, athlete Tim Wise '52 has a good chance to step into the romantic lead of next Fall's Hasty Pudding show. But today won't be easy.

Wise, third baseman on the varsity baseball team and captain-elect of the ski team will be up against a tough opponent in Kerima, Known to be tough in the clinches. She is the star of the Outcast of the Islands, who was written up in Life for the famous "Marathon Kiss" which occurs in the movie, the longest ever allowed on film in this country.
