A somewhat shaken varsity tennis team travels to Williamstown today to meet the Ephs at 4:00 p.m. in what should be a very close match.
Returning from Princeton Sunday, the automobile in which Captain Alex Haegler, Dan Mayers, Karl Purnell, and Ian Gianetti were riding was hit by a car coming the other way, whose driver had fallen asleep. Gianetti, whose back was wrenched, will not be able to play, but the others who all suffered small bruises, are expected to be ready. Jeff Ball will replace Gianetti at ten, while the rest of the line-up will be the same as that which faced Princeton Saturday.
In compiling a 4-1 record, Williams has beaten Brown, Bowdoin, Colgate, and Army, and has lost only to undefeated North Carolina.
