Speakers to Discuss Career Opportunities

Nine evening lectures by Faculty members and eight afternoon conferences on special fields are included in the plans for the enlarged Conference on Careers, Thomas E. Crooks '49, director of the Office of Student Placement, announced yesterday.

Speakers for the evening meetings, which start this Wednesday, include Dean Bundy, David Riesman '31, Henry Ford II Professor of Social Sciences, Raphael Demos, Alford Professor of Natural Religion, Moral Philosophy, and Civil Polity, and John Kenneth Galbraith, professor of Economics.

Members of all colleges in the Boston area have been invited to attend the afternoon career conferences, which will be held in Sever A starting Monday, Feb., 9 and will continue once per week until March 18. The Conference on Foreign Commerce, originally scheduled for this Thursday afternoon, will he held on Thursday, Feb. 12.
