Freshmen Assigned To Harvard Houses

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

This year for the first time, each Harvard freshman is affiliated with a House. Freshmen can eat in the House to which they are assigned.

The plan originated last spring in the Subcommittee on Freshman Life of the Committee on Houses and Undergraduate Life. It does not commit freshmen to living in any particular House after this year.

Task force members will hold meetings tonight and tomorrow night in several freshman dorms to discuss courses for the fall term.

The meetings for the Union and South Yard dormitories will be held at 8 p.m. tonight. Notices giving the exact locations will be posted.
