This Friday and Saturday at campus sites, the eight-team ECAC Tournament will begin.

Harvard, the tournament's top seed, will host RPI this weekend at Bright Center. Tickets for the games ($4 with coupon, $7 for additional tickets) are on sale in the basement of Harvard Hall.

In other quarterfinal match-ups: number-two Saint Lawrence will meet number-seven Princeton (10-9-1) in Canton, N.Y.; number-three Cornell (15-7) will face number-six Clarkson (10-9-1) in Ithaca, N.Y.; and number-four Vermont (14-7) will take on number-five Colgate (12-9) in Burlington, Vt.

A team must win both games to win the series. If the teams split the pair of contests, a 10-minute minigame will follow the second game.

Last year, RPI and Colgate battled to a deadlock in their series. RPI subsequently won the mini-game.

Harvard is the defending ECAC Champion. The Crimson has won four titles, second most in the league. Cornell has won the most (seven).
