These recommendations of the Marshall Report on the Harvard security guard service have not yet been implemented

. Encourage reporting of any claims of discrimination.

. For a one-year period utilze a neutral designee from outside of the Police Department to act as a fact finder in all discrimination cliams.

. Assign a Harvard Police Department sergeant or more senior officer to work with manager of operations on all personnel, administrative and management matters.

. Increase the size of the supervisor staff to allow for adequate coverage during all shifts, especially peak shifts.

. Enforce high standards of interpersonal conduct for both supervisors and guards.
